BALTZ CONSTRUCTION
Hangartown Saloon

For this project the home owner had an airplane hangar that he wanted enclosed and to look like an old western town. The main bar was custom built to his preference. The back bar, kitchen, outhouse and island were old oak kitchen cabinets that we refinished. The bathroom was added and all custom built from the cabinets to the door. All the wood use for decor was all reclaimed lumber. The kitchen back bar and back bar is custom made cutting board counters with epoxy. The kitchen island is rusted tin and reclaimed lumber with many layers of epoxy.

BALTZ CONSTRUCTION
Rusty Nail Cocktail Lounge

Rusty Nail is a bar in downtown Ceres on 4th st. The bar top is 2x6 tongue and groove boards that were an old floor out of a demoed building, with an epoxy cover. The bar also has a custom glass rinsing / draining drink rail. We did a few custom accent walls with new shiplap that we distressed to make look like reclaimed wood. The front door was metal and glass that we dismantled and custom build a solid heavy wood door. We custom build the bathroom stalls and doors and sinks to be ADA compliant.

BALTZ CONSTRUCTION
Castle in the Hill

In this very long and ongoing project, we dug into the mountain until we hit a piece of granite that a D-10 couldn't move. That is where we poured the foundation of the basement. As construction goes on we back fill the mountain to where it was. Now more than 1/3 of the house is inside or under the mountain.

BALTZ CONSTRUCTION
Scale House Saloon

On this project the homeowner had an old cattle scale house that he wanted to incorporate into a bar/party place. He also has wet lands on his property so we could not build a permanent structure. So we built a huge metal platform on skids where we put a true 2x8 redwood deck. Then rebuilt the scale house and added a bar on top. Besides the new wood needed for structural strength, it was all reclaimed lumber mostly from the scale house itself.

BALTZ CONSTRUCTION
My Wife's Women Cave

This is the first custom bar I built. It goes the whole length of the garage and still enough room to put a car inside as well. The bar top is 3.5" black walnut slabs. The sides and back bar are 1xx12 milled cedar.
